Where can i download the Spartan Project for Oblivion on the PC?

my friends have told me and i have seen videos on the internet of a Mod for Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion for the PC, which unlocks a set of the MJOLNIR armor from halo, a Jackel energy shield and a energy sword for use in game. I would appreciate it if someone could find a link to the download, as i have not been able to find one yet.

    uhhh search it into google i guess. you could try torrent websites like http://www.thepiratebay.org but i am n ot sure if you would find what you are looking for.

    Planet Elder Scrolls has pretty much every mod in existence for Oblivion PC and all of there files are hosted on fileplanet.
